This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, available shipping options, fees, and other relevant information. We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (all seven emirates). If you require shipping to a neighboring GCC country, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements (we may accommodate GCC deliveries to countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, or Bahrain on a case-by-case basis).

- Processing: Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, our team will process it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the courier within 1 business day. (Business days are Saturday–Thursday; orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.)

Delivery Methods & Timeframes

- Standard Delivery (Next-Day): Our standard shipping method targets next business day delivery across most of the UAE. If you place your order before the daily cut-off time (for example, before 1 PM local time), we will endeavor to deliver by the next day. Orders placed later in the day or after the cut-off may take an additional day. Next-day delivery is available 7 days a week, so even weekend orders can often be delivered the following day. This service covers all major areas of the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates). In rare cases, deliveries to more remote areas or during peak demand might take up to 2 days.

- Express Same-Day Delivery (Dubai/UAE): If you have an urgent requirement, we offer same-day delivery in Dubai and select nearby areas, subject to product availability and order timing. Same-day delivery requests must usually be placed by morning (e.g., before 12 PM) to ensure we can schedule a courier. There is an extra charge for same-day express service (typically ranging from AED 100 to AED 300, depending on location and item weight/size). - International/GCC Shipping: As noted, our primary market is the UAE. However, we understand some customers in the GCC region may wish to order from us. We can ship to certain GCC countries on request. If approved, international deliveries to GCC can take approximately 2–5 business days via international courier, and shipping fees will vary based on destination and package weight. The customer is responsible for any import duties or customs paperwork required by their country. Please reach out to us prior to ordering for any international shipping inquiry.

- UAE Standard Delivery: We charge a flat fee of AED 30.00 for standard next-day delivery on orders across the UAE. This flat rate helps us ensure your package is delivered quickly and securely. (Occasionally, we may offer free standard shipping promotions for which qualifying criteria – such as a minimum order value – will be clearly advertised on our site or during checkout.)

- Free Shipping: We periodically run free shipping promotions or offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount. If an active promotion applies to your order, it will be reflected at checkout. For instance, we might offer free UAE shipping on orders above a particular subtotal (e.g., over AED 1000). Such promotions are subject to change – please check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for announcements on free shipping deals.

- Express/Same-Day Delivery: As mentioned, express service will incur higher fees (typically AED 100–300 depending on urgency and distance). We will inform you of the exact cost when you request the service, and it must be agreed upon before dispatch.

- In-Store Pickup: If you prefer, we offer an in-store pickup option at our Dubai location (Al Hamriya). You can opt to pick up your order directly from our shop/warehouse once we notify you that it’s ready. There is, of course, no delivery charge for pickups. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or ID for verification when collecting.
Couriers and Tracking
We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your orders safely and on time. Depending on your location and the service level, your parcel may be delivered by our in-house delivery team or by external courier companies (such as Aramex, DHL, FedEx, or local UAE delivery firms).

- Once your order is shipped, we will email or SMS you a tracking number and the name of the courier service. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor the shipment progress in real time.

- All shipments are fully trackable and insured for the value of their contents. We take care to pack your items securely (using padded boxes, protective wrapping, etc.) to minimize any risk of damage in transit.

- Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will attempt delivery to the address you provide. In UAE, couriers will often call the recipient before or upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the address (or that security/reception can accept it on your behalf). If the first attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one was available or address issues), the courier will usually attempt one more time or hold the package at a local depot and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Tip: Providing a reachable phone number at checkout helps ensure smooth delivery coordination.
Delivery Coverage Area
We currently deliver to all areas within the UAE, including but not limited to: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Remote or less accessible locations (such as Liwa, Western Region, etc.) might have slightly longer transit times or specific drop-off arrangements, but they are still serviceable.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the UAE and GCC region from our Website’s checkout. If you are located internationally and wish to buy our products, please contact us directly – we’ll advise if any special arrangement can be made.
Packaging and Handling
Your products will be carefully checked and packed by our team. We use sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and cushioning materials to protect sensitive electronics. Larger orders may be shipped in multiple boxes for safety. The packaging will have our GamingPCDubai label and the courier’s shipping label with your address. We do not include invoices showing prices on the outside of the box (for privacy); a detailed invoice is emailed to you and also available in your online account.
We double-check items for correctness before dispatch. In the unlikely event we made a mistake in your order (e.g., shipped the wrong product), please notify us immediately so we can resolve it at no charge to you.
Delivery Problems or Delays
While we expect most deliveries to be on schedule, occasionally delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, courier vehicle breakdown, public holidays rush). If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first track it via the provided tracking link. You can also contact our customer support for assistance – we will investigate and update you on the status.
If a package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Rest assured that you will not be left without support; either a replacement order will be sent or a full refund issued in such cases, once the courier confirms the loss.
If you receive a delivery notification but did not actually receive the package, check with household members or building security first. If still missing, inform us and we will initiate a trace with the courier.
International Shipments and Customs (if applicable)
For any shipments outside the UAE (GCC orders), the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country. Those charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. Customs policies vary by country; if you are unsure, please check with your country’s customs office. We will provide the necessary paperwork (commercial invoice, etc.) with the shipment to facilitate customs processing.
